Terms and Conditions

Book Agreements: All Booking agreements shall be subject to these terms. The client accepts that his/her signature on the agreement constitutes a binding contract with Cape Media Corporation. All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or distributed by Cape Media Corporation in connection with the events remains the property of Cape Media Corporation.
Payment Terms: Following the return of the booking agreement full payment will be required within 30 days from invoice unless otherwise stipulated and agreed to in writing by Cape Media Corporation.
Disclaimer: Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised event Cape Media Corporation reserves the right to change conference dates, omit event features and content or merge the event with other events, as it deems necessary, without penalty. In such an event, no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made. If for any reason Cape Media Corporation cancels the event (including but not limited to any force majeure occurrence) and provided the event is not postponed to a later date or merged with another event, the client will receive a full refund.
Cancellations: All bookings carry a 50% cancellation liability immediately after the online registration booking form is received by Cape Media Corporation. Cancellations need to be received not later than 6 weeks before the event to qualify for the 50% refund. If the cancellation is made less than 6 weeks prior to the event the full fee becomes payable.
