RTMC COMPOSITION

In terms of Section 5 of the Road Traffic Management Corporation Act, No. 20 of 1999, the RTMC consists of:

The Shareholders Committee
The Minister and every Provincial MEC responsible for traffic and/or transport, and two representatives of the South African Local Government Association (SALGA)

The CEO
The Board
The Functional Managers
Staff (professionals, technical, administration and  support staff)
